- It can not be in general sence.
- Related to the idea in the statement.
- Have some effect.
- Highligt point is expeted by people.
- Time to time notice.
- If it is office notice benfit to the organigation.
- In case of appeal the reasion should exact.
- Statements containing ' only ' are not followed.
STATEMENTS AND ARGUMENTS:
- not an openion(we are able to question like what, where, how etc.)
- depends on language used.
- must be judge as argument but not by some body or news papers says.
- It can not be assumption.
- It can not be ambiguous.
- It shoul ld not be simple statement related to the given statement.
- With out making an indepth analysis of facts or information it can be argued.
- A word or phrase should be used in same sense in the statement as well as in the argument.(Rule of identity.)
STATEMENTS AND CONCLUSIONS:
- Related information.
- Rule of identity.
- Do not contradictct each other.
- Not to go against establish fact.
- Can not be example or precedence.
- Can not be genaral statement.
