Asked what the disaggregated statistics on applicants revealed, Prof.  Dutt said, “In the officer cadre, the maximum number of applicants were  from Andhra Pradesh while for the clerical cadre the highest number of  applicants were from Uttar Pradesh.”
    
  
 Successful candidates in the probationary officers exam conducted by  Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will get their  scorecards shortly. 
 The despatch of scorecards commenced last week and was done by ‘Speed  Post', IBPS director, Mr M. Balachandran, said. It will also be possible  for candidates to see their scores on the IBPS Web site by using  relevant passwords. 
 Professor M. L. Dutt, Head of Research and Development, IBPS, said, “The  scorecard contains the information of standard scores in each objective  test, descriptive paper and the total weighted score. 
 “The standard score has been derived following a standard psychometric  procedure. The procedure has been explained on the flip side of each  scorecard, sent to the candidates.”
